Procedure 

A) Use ts2mp3.sh script from Orcadata toolbox to:
A1) AWS CLI to download all HLS segments from the Orcasound UNIX-datetime S3 object
A2) Rename the sequential .ts files to be sequential!
A3) Concatenate the .ts segments into an .mp4 file
A5) Convert .mp4 file to .mp3 format

B) Use Audacity to:
B1) Import resulting .mp3 file
B2) Export clips...
